Email support@skinby.app. Include your phone model and the app version (Settings, About Skinby, Version). Do not send photos unless you want to.
Common questions
- Delete my data: in the app, Settings, Delete everything on this phone. Skinby has no account, so there is nothing stored anywhere else.
- Cancel Premium: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Skinby. In the app, Settings, Manage subscription opens the same place.
- Restore a purchase: in the app, Settings, Restore purchases.
- Report a problem with a result: email support@skinby.app with what the app said and what looked wrong. Results are visual resemblances and can be wrong.
- Something is painful, spreading, blistering, bleeding or not healing: see a doctor. For swelling of the lips, eyes or face, or trouble breathing, call your local emergency number.
